Instructions for Presenters

All accepted abstracts will be presented as oral presentations.

There will be no parallel sessions. All presentations will take place in the Porto Belo Hall (main conference room) at Mercure Camboriú Hotel, Av. Atlântica, 2010 - Centro, Balneário Camboriú.

Presentation Format

Presentations and slides should be in English.

There is no presentation template; presenters may use their preferred format.

Equipment

Presenters may connect their own laptop using an HDMI cable. Alternatively, a conference laptop will be available in the presentation room.

Before Your Presentation

Presenters are encouraged to arrive at the session room a few minutes before the start of their session and use the breaks to test their presentation and ensure everything is working properly.

To keep the conference on schedule, session chairs will strictly enforce the allocated presentation times.
